Instagram creator Littlejem has brought the nightmare-inducing creature from Resident Evil: Requiem into the real world, constructing a fully articulated, lifesize animatronic replica in just nine days.
From Screen to Reality: The Crafting Process
The ambitious project was documented across two Instagram reels, showcasing the transformation of basic materials into a horror masterpiece. Littlejem utilized an existing Halloween animatronic frame, reinforced with PVC pipes, wire, and cardboard to establish the creature’s skeletal structure. The terrifying silhouette was then meticulously sculpted using expanding foam, requiring extensive filing and shaping to achieve its unsettling, smooth appearance.
Unsettling Details and Mechanical Mastery
The head remains the most disturbing aspect of the build. With elongated, jagged teeth and skin that appears stretched over an oversized skull, the level of anatomical detail is both impressive and stomach-churning.
